Kelle and Glyn chose The Royal Lodge in Symonds Yat for their big day, and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect for them. These two love nothing more than spending their weekends in the area, canoeing down the River Wye, taking long walks, and just soaking up each other’s company. So, it was only fitting that they’d tie the knot in a place that holds so many special memories.
A Little Rain and a Lot of Laughter
The big surprise of the day? Well, the weather. It rained. All. Day. Long. But honestly, if there’s ever been a couple who could take that in their stride, it’s Kelle and Glyn. When there was finally a break in the rain, we took the opportunity to dash outside and grab some shots by the river – one of their favourite places. The dramatic skies and misty hills created such a magical atmosphere. It was one of those moments where you just know that the rain made it even more memorable.

One of my favourite things about this wedding (apart from Kelle and Glyn’s infectious laughter!) was their choice of afternoon tea instead of the traditional wedding breakfast. It was such a lovely, laid-back way to celebrate, with finger sandwiches, scones, and plenty of tea flowing. It really suited their vibe – relaxed, fun, and all about spending time with the people they love most.

And then there was the theme: **Strictly Come Dancing!** As big fans of the show, Kelle and Glyn infused their day with a bit of ballroom sparkle. From the music to the decor, everything had a hint of glitz. And, of course, they couldn’t resist hitting the dance floor for their first dance.
